Bread or English Muffin - Huevos Rancheros (Two eggs served on toasted tortillas layered with refried beans, salsa and Jack Cheese.)
- French Toast made from a Fruit Bread or Challah Bread, served with locally made Maple Syrup
- Crepes with Blueberry, Sour Cream, Maple Filling
- Yogurt with Fruit and Granola
- Bowl of Hot and Creamy Oatmeal
